As summer quickly approaches, so do all the delicious fruits and vegetables!
I was so excited when the farm I work at started to stock them that I bought some my first day.
Now, some people don't know how to properly prepare these veg, so I'm going to give you a quick tutorial followed by the recipe!
How to Prep Asparagus, the Simple Way

Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients:
1 Bunch Fresh Asparagus
Olive Oil
White Truffle Oil
Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
Parmesan Cheese, Freshly Grated
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F/204°C.
Wash and Snap the Asparagus.
Lay the stalks evenly on a baking sheet.
Pour the olive and truffle oils evenly over the stalks, and sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Grate the parmesan and lightly toss the asparagus.
Roast for 20 minutes, turning once.
Remove and enjoy!
